It is possible to cancel your order by contacting us if it hasn’t yet been sent. If your order has already been shipped or is currently being shipped, you will need to return the product(s) to us in order to receive a refund. The freight charge will not be refunded. It is not possible to change your order once it has been submitted. This also includes changing the size or color of a product, removing an item, changing the delivery address or payment method. All packages are sent via Canada Post from our warehouse in New Richmond, Gaspésie, Québec. Your order will be sent within 2 working days after it has been placed.

You can have your package delivered to your work address if this is more convenient for you. Simply use it as Delivery Address. Please note that it is not possible to make a delivery to a PO box.

We ship all over North America, and the freight charge depends on your delivery address and your purchase amount. During the Check Out operation, our website will estimate the price depending on your address and the weight of your order.

We want all of our customers to have a great experience using our products. If there is something wrong with your order or if you have received the wrong item(s), please contact our customer service. If you send us an email, please make sure to include as many details as possible, including order number and pictures if there is damage to one of your items.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return the unused product(s) in its original unbroken packaging within 14 days of purchase for a refund.
When we receive the product, we will refund the value of the purchase, excluding the freight charge. All products must be returned in their original packaging with all if its original content and documentation. The packaging cannot be damaged – neither can the product, unless it is the reason for the return. Otherwise it will not be possible to obtain a refund.
You are responible of the product during the return procedure, meaning you must pay and arrange the transport back to our warehouse yourself. Please ensure you pack the returned items safely to prevent any damage..
Please note that when you return a product it is very important to state the order number as well as your name and address. Without these details, we will not be able to grant you your refund. Furthermore, a detailed description of the issue is necessary to have a valid claim.
