The Guideline Reach fly reel is constructed using a die casting method where they are produced from high precision tooling and then CNC finished resulting in beautifully smooth finish. Internally built on a modern disc drag concept with carbon and stainless discs stacked against each other.
Head tackle designer Leif Stavmo has drawn from the Favo and Halo reels in both its look and its internal design and produced a sealed drag reel at an outstanding price. The reel has been constructed using a die casting method where reels are produced from high precision tooling and then CNC finished resulting in beautifully smooth finish. The Reach fly reel is built on a modern disc drag concept with carbon and stainless discs stacked against each other.
The smooth, precise and sealed drag system on the Reach is well proven over years of fishing in all elements. The retrieve direction on the reels is easy to change and only takes a couple of minutes to perform. Normal care and maintenance is required when using the reel in saltwater washing thoroughly in fresh water after every use. The new #7/9 size will be perfect for combos and fishing with single hand 7-9 wt rods and also Switch rods like we have in Laxá and Stoked.
