To help us process your Guideline warranty claim efficiently, please email the following information to:

Required Information:

1. 📷 A photo of the handle section showing the model details.
2. 📷 A photo of the broken section of the rod.
3. 📝 The model name, length, and line weight of your rod.
4. 🔧 Indicate which section is broken (Tip, 2nd, 3rd, or Butt).
5. 🧾 A copy of your invoice (required if purchased within the last 12 months).
6. 👤 Your full name, complete mailing address, and phone number.

Warranty Terms:

• If your rod was purchased within the last 12 months, the replacement section is free of charge upon receipt of proof of purchase.
• If it’s been over 12 months, the cost ranges between $40 and $100, depending on the rod model.

Shipping & Delivery:

• If the required section is in stock, shipping is typically within 1 week.
• If not in stock, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.

Once we have received all the necessary information, we will begin processing your warranty claim promptly.
